Director – Kellsey Molina
Kellsey has worked in Early Childhood Education since 2009. She has worked at Plymouth Preschool since September 2013. She has her degree in the Applied Science of Early Childhood Education. Kellsey has a son Jaylen and he is the light of her life. Kellsey has a true passion for working with children. She loves to give them new experiences and challenge them. She loves working at Plymouth because she feels she is able to build relationships and able to communicate freely. Her main goal is to ensure children’s safety and happiness.

Assistant Director – Kelli Cundell
Kelli has over 12 years of childcare experience from being a personal nanny to working in different facilities and has been at Plymouth for over 5 years. She finds it rewarding to have so many bonds with the families & children we care for each day. When she is able to change a child’s not-so-good day into an amazing one, she says it’s the best feeling in the world and lets her know that she’s right where she needs to be. Miss Kelli has three kids of her own who are all grown, and her hobbies include cooking, camping at the lake with her friends & family, and making people smile!

Closing Supervisor – Crystal Mast
Crystal has been a dedicated part of Plymouth for the past 6 years and has worked In childcare for over ten years. She started her journey here as a teacher and for the last five years, she’s served as our Closing Supervisor where she works closely with staff, children and families to help create a welcoming, organized and supportive environment each day. Crystal is passionate about supporting teachers, building meaningful connections with families, and helping every child feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn through play and exploration.

Cook – Ann Holloway
Ann has been at Plymouth since 2014. She has two kids of her own, six grandkids, and you wouldn’t know it by looking at her, but she even has one great-grandson! We love Miss Ann here at Plymouth because she is kind, funny, and most importantly, cooks us up some delicious food!

Infant Teacher – Jacee Rau
Jacee Rau:
My name is Jacee and I am a Lead Teacher in the Infant Room. I have been in childcare since I was 18 and employed at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since July of 2023. I enjoy watching children learn and grow. My passion has always been to be an amazing teacher for the Infants in my care each day. As I continue to grow, I want to specialize in Infant Development and become a strong leader on the administration side of childcare. I strive to mentor others, my peers and anyone who may need a boost of confidence.

Transition Teacher – Adriana Cordero
Adriana has been working in childcare since 2018 and at Plymouth since March of 2021. She enjoys working with children because they brighten her day and remind her to find joy in the little things. She also has an adorable little girl of her own. When not at work, Miss Adriana enjoys doing makeup and spending time with her family.

Transition Teacher – Ellie Meier
My name is Ellie and I really love watching all the children reach their developmental milestones and being a part of their daily lives. I have been in childcare for 8 years and have been at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since October of 2022. My future plans are to become an Elementary Teacher.

Toddler Teacher – Kenya Correa
Kenya Correa:
Kenya has been at Plymouth since 2017! She enjoys working with children because she loves being a part of their development, and there is never a dull moment. She has been with her husband for over a decade and she loves spending her free time with him. Kenya enjoys playing guitar, practicing her makeup skills, and most importantly, spending time with her nephew and two nieces.

Toddler Teacher – Karely Rodriguiz
Karely Rodriguez:
My name is Karely and I have worked for Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since July 2024. I love being able to guide the kids with their learning needs, forming bonds with the children & parents and feeling rewarded at the end of the day. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring nature, hanging out with my puppy, and relaxing with my family. My future plans are to become a Para or an Elementary teacher.

2A Teacher – Becka Thach
Rebeck Thach:
My name is Rebecka Thach, and I have worked with children for over 5 years and employed at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since January of 2022. It’s been a lifelong passion for me to work with children and help shape their future. My main priority now is to support all the children in my care by establishing bonds with them, allowing them to grow and learn and most of all, help each child reach their developmental milestones. I plan on being in childcare as long as possible, but my goal is to open my own childcare center.

2B Teacher – Lindsey Rayyan
Lindsey Rayyan:
My name is Lindsey and I have 4 children. My Early Childhood experience has been rewarding due to myself doing it for 10 years and being employed at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since April 2024. I love being a teacher, watching children grow & excel in every aspect of child development, and making a difference in a child’s life. I plan on continuing my Early Childhood career in a preschool setting and to travel more.

Preschool Teacher – Megan Langhover
Megan Langhover:
Hello! My name is Megan Langhover and I have been employed at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since June of 2023. I am currently in the process of obtaining my CDA certificate and I also have my Applied Science degree. I have 2 boys who enjoy racing Go-Karts and Dirt Track racing. I am following in my grandma’s footsteps as she had an In-Home daycare and loved being a part of young children’s lives. My favorite part of being a teacher is watching a child flourish in so many ways and seeing that child become the best he/she can be!

Preschool Teacher – Mercedes Gundlach
Mercedes Gundlach:
My name is Mercedes and I have been in childcare for several years and employed with Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since November of 2024. I have 2 daughters and they are my world. I love working with kids, watching them grow and learn into amazing little humans. I also find it rewarding to make a positive impact on a child’s social and emotional well-being along with making sure they meet their developmental milestones. I plan on continuing my education in childcare development.

Pre-K – Karla Esquivel (Ana)
Karla Esquivel:
Karla has seven years of childcare experience and has been at Plymouth for most of them. She enjoys being able to make a difference in children’s lives and listening to their stories every day. She strives to mold every child that comes her way. Miss Karla is very family-oriented and has two sons. She loves traveling, and her goal is to get her degree in social work!

Pre-K – Kaylee Abasolo
Kaylee Abasolo:
My name is Kaylee Abasolo and I have been in childcare for 7 years and employed at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since November of 2024. I enjoy working in childcare because I can be a part of their overall growth and development. It’s rewarding to see all the hard work, love and nurturing support we all put into each child’s life. My future plans are to become an author, professional artist and a psychologist.

Float: Calista Tull
Calista Tull:
Hello! My name is Calista and I have worked at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center since April of 2022. I enjoy watching the children learn and grow while in my care. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and going camping, exploring and doing arts & crafts. My future plans are to continue my Early Childhood career in a childcare setting.

Float: Marlet Macias-Parga
Marlet Macias-Parga:
My name is Marlet and started here at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center in December of 2025. I enjoy working with children to help them learn and feel cared for. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, going shopping and trying out make-up of all kinds. I just recently graduated high school, and I plan on becoming a pediatrician. My time here at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center has been so rewarding and I really love the families here.

Float: Bella Mast
Isabella Mast:
My name is Isabella and I am new to the Early Childhood field. I started working at Plymouth Preschool Learning Center in April of 2026. I love helping children learn, watching them develop bonds with their classmates and reaching their full potential. I want to become an Archaeologist and discover artifacts.
